A New Direction

A lot has been happening in the world of Generative AI the last couple of months, and the same goes for my new project.

I will share more about that in another letter, but for now I want to share that we will begin to ship the newsletter more often again, and also with even more focus on helping you utilize AI tools in your everyday work-life.

Until we are ready with the new format, we will keep on shipping letters with resource recommendation, and use case examples.

Rewind is a startup that works like a personal search engine for your digital life! 😮 It records most of what you do on your Mac so that you can search for it later. 🕵️‍♀️ They have just dropped a new feature called Ask Rewind! 👀

Through Ask Rewind, you can ask about your life, connections, and meetings or even summarize what you were up to last week! 🗓️

It might take a little trust in their privacy policy to dive in, but if you do, it could be like having a second brain! 🧠💡 (Still waiting for my Ask Rewind access)

We have mentioned Perplexity. If you don’t remember, they work like Google, and ChatGPT had a baby. They have since launched a Chrome Extension, which enables you to summarize a page or ask questions about the content of the page.

We stumbled on a step-by-step that shows you how to use MidJourney to create images for advertising campaigns. It’s a great resource to share some of the creative processes that can also be used for other outputs.

💬 ChatPDF →

This service makes it possible to upload and chat with PDF documents. A smart way to quickly discover or rediscover specific parts of a long PDF.

🤌 Italy bans ChatGPT →

OpenAI has been forced to close down ChatGPT in Italy due to GDPR concerns. It didn’t take long for the internet to do its thing 🧌 so now Italians can access the tool through PizzaGPT
